Wallflower Consulting Services was founded from my passion for community enrichment and education. With over a decade of experience in both fields, I recognized the need for creative problem-solving to address gaps within our communities. Through my consulting services, I offer expertise in developing programs, classes, and solutions that inspire growth and engagement for organizations, schools, and community spaces.​

​The term "wallflower" typically describes someone who is shy or tends to blend into the background. I chose this name to illustrate my belief that, like a wallflower, every individual or idea has the potential to bloom in their own time. Wallflower Consulting Services represents my commitment to helping people and communities grow and thrive, regardless of where they begin. By naming my company Wallflower, I wanted to highlight the power of quiet creativity and the importance of supporting the growth of others.

Hi, I’m Nicole. I’m a Wallflower who took the leap to truly blossom. The idea for Wallflower Consulting Services was born in the classroom with my students, where creativity and connection first sparked something bigger. What started as hands-on, engaging projects for youth naturally carried over into professional development workshops with staff, showing me how powerful art, wellness, and creativity can be in every setting.
With a background in teaching, parks and recreation, and supervising extended day programs, I’ve seen firsthand how intentional experiences can transform students and educators. Wallflower Consulting is my way of bringing that vision to life, helping schools, organizations, and communities grow, thrive, and reimagine what’s possible.
Director of Operations
Hi, I’m Cailyn Crocker. I graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Business Administration and later earned a Master’s in Sports Management and Business Foundations from Colorado State University. During my college years, I played as a guard for five years in NCAA Division I basketball, where I developed strong leadership, teamwork, and time management skills. I also volunteered at schools and community youth programs, which ignited my passion for community programming. I enjoy leveraging my sports and business experiences to create impactful programs for the community.
