Wallflower Consulting Services provides interactive wellness workshops, professional development, and team-building trainings for schools, workplaces, and community organizations. Rooted in a passion for community, enrichment, and education, and backed by over a decade of experience, we create hands-on, creative experiences that support social-emotional wellness, strengthen engagement, and inspire growth.​

​The term "wallflower" typically describes someone who is shy or tends to blend into the background. I chose this name to illustrate my belief that, like a wallflower, every individual or idea has the potential to bloom in their own time. Wallflower Consulting Services represents my commitment to helping people and communities grow and thrive, regardless of where they begin. By naming my company Wallflower, I wanted to highlight the power of quiet creativity and the importance of supporting others' growth.

Our team combines over a decade of experience in after-school programming, TK–12 classroom instruction, Division I collegiate athletics, and 13 years of parks and recreation leadership, along with expertise in brand activation, sales education, and strategic engagement. We bring together a unique balance of skills, energy, and heart, allowing us to create meaningful, hands-on experiences that truly connect with the clients we serve.
